A West Palm Beach, Fla., attorney has filed a multi-million dollar lawsuit against Subway on behalf of a woman who was permanently injured after being shot June 7 while working at a Subway store there, according to a news story by WPTV. From WPTV:
Attorney Richard Ryles contends that since 1991 there have been over 100 assaults nationwide at Subways including 30 that have ended in death. The lawsuit claims that Subway is not protecting its employees.
