Subway has launched a new division, Subway Digital, in collaboration with Accenture, to build a multichannel strategy to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
Brad Humphries, retail lead for North America at Accenture said, "Consumers expect their experience to be personalized and the new 'standard' is set by companies innovating with digital technologies. Consumer expectations continue to shift rapidly and brands need to respond in kind."
A press release said new initiatives will likely be announced next year.
