Subway testing enchilada melt with Fritos

Some Subway units in Central Florida are testing a Crunchy Chicken Enchilada Melt, complete with shredded chicken in enchilada sauce, Monterey Cheddar and Fritos.

According to GrubGrade, the sandwiches were initially spotted in Florida and another reader also saw them being sold in Seattle.
