Subway's gotta lot a' ciabattas

Subway is debuting a ciabatta bread-based line of sandwiches featuring the well-loved bread with one of three LTO sauces, now through Sept. 4, a news release said.

The trio of new offerings include: 

• The Italian Ciabatta, with salami, mozzarella, spinach, tomatoes, onions and banana peppers, drizzled with balsamic sub sauce. 
• The Chicken Pesto Ciabatta with rotisserie-style Chicken, mozzarella, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and basil pesto sauce.
• The Garlic Steak & Provolone Ciabatta with steak, provolone cheese, onions, green peppers, tomatoes, topped with garlic aioli and sub spice. 

The brand is also debuting a new permanent addition to its beverage offerings in Hubert's Lemonade, which the release said is part of a growing line of bubbler-based beverages the chain is introducing. And for the younger ones, Kidz Bop Pop Star toys are now being doled out with Subway Fresh Fit For Kids, as part of the brand's official partnership with the musical group's world tour this year.
