Taco Bell is promoting its new partnership with third-party delivery provider, DoorDash, at 5,500 U.S. locations by giving registered DoorDash users half off a Nachos Party Pack through Oct. 24 with no delivery fee on orders of $15 or more, a news release said.
"With this new partnership, DoorDash will be available at over 75% of all Taco Bell U.S. locations," Toby Espinosa, DoorDash vice president of business development, said in the release. "This partnership has been a long time in the making and we're excited to offer Taco Bell fans across the country another way to get their favorite tacos, burritos and quesadillas to their doorsteps."
Also at the Irvine, California-based QSR, the annual "Steal a base, Steal a taco" campaign is back in play, as the 2020 World Series approaches, beginning Oct. 20, a news release said. This is the ninth year for the Major League Baseball-connected promotion that gives away tacos when a base is stolen during the baseball games.
Taco Bell has more than 7,000 locations in nearly 30 countries worldwide, but the stolen base promotion only happens in the U.S.
