A Taco Bell executive has been fired for allegedly assaulting an Uber driver in Costa Mesa, California, and is facing several criminal charges related to the reported incident.

Benjamin Golden, 32, is being charged with public intoxication and assault after allegedly attacking Uber driver Edward Caban in Southern California on Oct. 30, reports USA Today, which also provided a link to a video of the alleged assault. According to police, the confrontation was captured on a dashboard camera, as reported by the Chicago Tribune.

Golden appears to be too intoxicated to give Caban directions and was asked by Caban to exit the vehicle. Golden repeatedly slaps and punches Caban and pulls his hair, according to the report. Caban reportedly sprayed something (Mace or pepper spray) in Golden's face, the USA Today report said.

Golden is out of jail but faces charges of public intoxication and assault on a cab driver, according to a CBS News report. Golden lost his job as a Taco Bell senior marketing manager, USA Today reported.
