Ogilvy, which handles the creative for Yum! Brands' KFC in India, has won the duties of its sister chain Taco Bell without a pitch. Ogilvy's Delhi office will handle the account.
According to afaqs! JWT was the incumbent agency. Unnat Verma, general manager of Taco Bell, Yum! Restaurants India, told the publication that the company wanted to consolidate its creative accounts.
Taco Bell first opened in India in March 2010 and has plans to open 100 units there by 2015.
There are more than 50 KFC outlets in India. Ogilvy partnered with two other agencies to conceive KFC's "So Good" global tagline last year.
