Taco Bell, Mountain Dew partner on World Series promotion

IRVINE, Calif. — Taco Bell, the official quick-serve restaurant of Major League Baseball, has announced its World Series Experience of a Lifetime sweepstakes.
Taco Bell customers who purchase a large or extra-large Mountain Dew Baja Blast — or other Pepsi-Cola soft drinks at Taco Bell — can enter to win a trip to the 2007 MLB World Series.Fans have until Oct. 10, 2007, to enter.
One grand-prize winner will receive two tickets for every game of the 2007 World Series; $50,000 cash; on-field access during batting practice at every 2007 World Series game; the opportunity to throw a ceremonial first pitch prior to one game during the World Series; first-class airfare, hotel accommodations, select transportation for the winner and a guest; and spending money.
The World Series Experience of a Lifetime also will award 2,785 instant prizes, including cash ranging from $10 to $1,000, personalized MLB Authentic Collection jerseys from the team of the winners' choice and officially licensed MLB World Series hats.
