Taco Bell names El Presidente

IRVINE, Calif. — Taco Bell has found its El Presidente, ending a national promotion that began in April.

 

Geoff Keenan of Bartow, Fla., is the winner of the Taco Bell "Drink a Baja Blast and You Could Become El Presidente of Taco Bell" beverage promotion. He won a million pesos (almost $93,000 U.S. dollars), a year's supply of Taco Bell food and Mountain Dew Baja Blast, and a trip to California to visit Taco Bell headquarters.

 

According to a news release, Keenan was randomly selected among the millions of customers who participated in the online promotion in which Taco Bell customers who ordered large or extra-large drinks visited BecomeElPresidente.com and entered the alphanumeric code found on the side of their cups.

 

Keenan purchased his winning game code at a Taco Bell restaurant in Bartow.
