Taco Bell offers advice to Fed chairman

Washington, D.C. — Taco Bell president Greg Creed has written a letter to Federal Reserve chairman Bernard Bernanke, offering advice on ways to boost the economy during the NCAA basketball tournament.
According to Creed's letter, if Bernanke will help persuade Congress to make March 15 a national holiday, Taco Bell will offer free orders of its new 99 cent Zesty Nachos throughout the United States.
