Taco Bueno broke ground today on the first of three new restaurants planned to open in Colorado Springs, Colo., this year. In total, the three locations are anticipated to add more than 100 jobs in the community.

Taco Bueno broke ground today on the first of three new restaurants planned to open in Colorado Springs, Colorado, this year. In total, the three locations are anticipated to add more than 100 jobs in the community.
"Taco Bueno is thrilled to have selected Colorado Springs for our first market expansion in six years," Kenn Miller, Taco Bueno’s vice president of development, said in a statement. "Colorado Springs consumers have been posting requests to social media asking Taco Bueno to build here for years, and we’re excited to introduce them to our take on freshly prepared, signature Tex-Mex tacos, burritos and nachos."
Each of the three new company-owned Taco Bueno restaurants will seat approximately 50 guests and include a convenient drive-thru window. The restaurants are all projected to open by this summer and will be located at:
With the addition of Colorado Springs, Taco Bueno now operates in seven states: Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri and Colorado.
