Taco Bueno launches Louisiana expansion

DALLAS — Taco Bueno Restaurants announced it has awarded development rights for 16 new units throughout Louisiana to three franchise partners. The agreements bring the total number of Taco Bueno franchise commitments to 112, the company says.
The brand is on track to have nearly 200 total restaurants open by the end of 2007, including 23 franchised units.
Taco Bueno is an Abilene, Texas based Mexican quick-service restaurant founded in 1967. The chain has nearly 170 locations in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska.
