Taco John lands with plans to expand in Nashville

Taco John's lands in the Nashville area Monday, which is just one of several  planned for the Tennessee city. This first store in LaVergne is on Murfreesboro Road will issue golden tickets — good for a free small order of Potato Oles every day for a year — to the first 100 guests, according to a company press release. The chain is also making 50 of the tickets available online at Tacojohns.com/LaVergne.

"We've assembled an awesome team and we’re all proud to introduce Taco John’s convenient, fast and delicious Mexican food to the Nashville area," Larry Lavigne, franchisee and co-owner, said in the release.  

The LaVergne location is the chain's first in Nashville and 393 rd for the system.
