Taco John's co-founder passes away

CHEYENNE, Wyo. — James F. Woodson, co-founder of Taco John's restaurant chain, died Oct. 24. Woodson and partner Harold Holmes built the chain from a "Taco House" concept in 1969.
Today, the regional Mexican quick-service restaurant chain has 420 locations in 25 states.
