Taco John's hires top-tier chef for menu strategy

CHEYENNE, Wyo. — Taco John's has hired Bob Karisny, a nationally renowned chef, as vice president of menu strategy and innovation.
According to a news release, Karisny's primary focus will be to strengthen the West-Mex menu line.
Karisny has more than 25 years experience in the restaurant industry, beginning his career after graduating from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, N.Y. Most notably, in 2003 he was ranked as one of the Top 50 National Research and Development Culinarians by Nation's Restaurant News.
