The Tennesean: Capmark Finance of Pennsylvania is suing three Taco Bell franchisees in U.S. District Court in Nashville for defaulting on $9 million in loans after filing for bankruptcy protection in November.
Capmark is suing Farzin Ferdowsi, Homayoun Aminmadani and Michael Shahsavari, who operate 77 Taco Bell restaurants in the Southeast. Wells Fargo and the Bank of New York sued the men in November, saying $14.4 million is immediately due and payable because of violation of loan agreements.
