The Big Mac Guy tells all about his 22K burger binge

FOND DU LAC, Wis. — Don "The Big Mac Guy" Gorske, known for saving emptycontainers of Big Macs he has eaten, has published an autobiography.
His book,"22,477 Big Macs" chronicles the date and location where he has consumed every one of the McDonald's sandwiches.Gorske has appeared on Oprah, Jimmy Kimmel Live and in the film "Super Size Me." He also holds a Guinness WorldRecord.
Gorske has eaten at least one Big Mac daily since 1972, with theexception of only eight days. The title of his autobiographyreflects the number he has eaten so far and is also the number he wasassigned when he and his wife competed in and finished a marathon in 2006.
A self-described obsessive compulsive, he writes detailed informationabout every Big Mac he has ever eaten in a pocket notebook he always carries with him. Gorske typically skips breakfast and lunch and for dinner eats two BigMacs, a Coke and sometimes an order of fries.
After 36 years, he stillloves Big Macs, and amazingly, he hasn't gained any weight since eating hisfirst Big Mac back in high school, according to a press release.
