CNNMoney:During a conference call with investors, Triarc CEORoland Smithand chief financial officerSteve Harelaid out tentative plans for a dual-branded fast-food company.

Smith would become CEO ofWendy'swhileTom Garrett, Arby's president and chief operating officer, would become CEO of that brand.Although Wendy's president and CEO Kerrii Anderson was on the call, there was no mention of any post-merger role for her.
