Triarc to focus on Arby's

BusinessWeek: Triarc Cos. plans to focus on its Arby's business following the sale of its controlling stake in investment manager Deerfield & Co., according to Triarc chairman Nelson Peltz. Triarc has agreed to sell its interest in Deerfield & Co. to Deerfield Triarc Capital Corp.
