US Foods seeks new CEO

The US Foods Holding Corp. has announced that CEO Pietro Satriano will be leaving the company, according to a press release.

Robert M. Dutkowsky, a non-executive board chairman, has been appointed executive chair and Andrew Iacobucci, chief commercial officer, has been appointed interim CEO.

The board has formed a five-member search committee to find a permanent CEO.
