Verizon Center QSRs equipped with digital menu boards

November 10, 2011

The restaurant brands at the Verizon Center in Washington, D.C., have been equipped with Noventri digital menu boards.

The boards are in place at Papa John's and Dunkin' Donuts, as well as Hard Times Café and Greene Turtle.

Noventri worked with ARAMARK, the Verizon Center's concessions partner, to replace static menu boards with digital menu boards in all dining locations on the main concourse and level 400 of the Verizon Center. The installation included 40 screens and players by Noventri.

Noventri created all menu board content and is currently managing menu content for the Verizon Center.

Noventri said digital menu boards help enhance the guest experience through increased speed of service and the visually compelling promotion of featured menu items.

Noventri Eco-Series Menu Boards cost less than traditional digital menu boards, according to the company, and are low-maintenance. Eco-Series players also use 98 percent less power than a PC.

Noventri provides digital signage/digital menu boards at other ARAMARK locations, including Minute Maid Park, Greater Columbus Convention Center, Citizens Bank Park, M & T Bank Stadium, Pennsylvania Convention Center, Fenway Park and Kansas City Convention Center.
