Villa Enterprises adds 4 QSRs in Georgia

Villa Enterprise Management, a global multiconcept restaurant franchisor, announced the grand opening of four new concepts — Villa Italian Kitchen, South Philly Steaks & Fries, Green Leaf's and Bananas — at the Sugarloaf Mills Outlet Shopping Center in Lawrenceville, Ga.

The new locations mark Villa Enterprises' first multi-unit concept food court in the Atlanta region. And they continue the fulfillment of the company's strategic growth initiative, which is focused on multi-brand opportunities within malls, outlet centers, casinos and airports both domestically and internationally, said Adam Torine, senior vice president of business development at Villa Enterprises Management.

"Over the past several years, we have been focused on expanding in outlet shopping centers nationwide," Torine said. "Our growth continues with the Sugarloaf Mills, and we are thrilled to introduce a variety of our concepts to the community."

With more than 180 stores, Sugarloaf Mills is the largest value shopping center in Georgia, and a leading destination for dining and entertainment. Nestled between Duluth and Lawrenceville, Sugarloaf Mills is located at the junction of I-85 and Sugarloaf Parkway, just 30 minutes from downtown Atlanta.

Villa Enterprises' family of brands has more than 330 quick-serve concepts in shopping centers, airports, college campuses and casinos worldwide. To date, the global restaurant franchisor operates in 38 U.S. states, Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico and seven additional countries.
