WAND Corp.’s Digital Restaurant wins content award

WAND Corporation’s Creative Team “Digital Mojo” earned a Content Award at the Digital Signage Expo in Las Vegas in February.

The award-winning Digital Restaurant content suite was created for the Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation. It blends high-definition video and animated images to highlight product attributes and coincides with new product and nutritional integrations.

“We are thrilled,” said Greg Perrill, COO for WAND Corporation. “We have an outstanding creative team who continually creates content for our customers that is not only striking but entertaining.”

The creative content suite was designed to be used in conjunction with the WAND Digital Restaurant for corporate and franchise quick service restaurants.

The implementation allows for the management of pricing and nutritional information, helps to increase sales while focusing on limited time offer upselling and promotion and maintains flexibility in a day-part schedule.

Both indoor and outdoor digital menu board (DMB) and digital point of purchase (POP) board content needed to be created and maintained for the competition, with a separate focus between indoor and outdoor content. The Digital Restaurant is comprised of indoor and outdoor DMB and POP units.
