Wendy's announces $.085 dividend

Wendy's has announced a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.085 per share, payable Dec. 17 to shareholders of record as of Dec. 3, a news release said.

Wendy's is the world's third-largest quick-service hamburger chain, with 6,500 locations worldwide. The approximate number of common shares outstanding as of Oct. 31 was 237 million.
