Wendy's announces quarterly dividend

The Wendy's Company announced the declaration of its regular quarterly cash dividend of 5 cents per share, payable on Dec. 16 to shareholders of record as of Dec. 2.

The number of shares of common stock outstanding at the end of the third quarter was approximately 391.6 million.
