Wendy's announces quarterly dividend

The Wendy's Company (Nasdaq: WEN) today declared a 12-cent per share quarterly dividend, payable March 16 to shareholders of record as of March 2, according to a news release. 

The 51-year-old Columbus, Ohio-based company currently has more than 6,700 restaurants worldwide.
