Wendy's CMO details process behind new creative search

Wendy's chief marketing officer Ken Calwell explained in aQ&A to BrandWeekhow the company approached its search for its new lead creative agency, The Kaplan Thaler Group. Among things that impressed the company were the agency's vision and "very strong creative ideas that were very complex and multimedia in scope and very comprehensive from a vertical and horizontal integration standpoint."
