Wendy's issues 5-cent dividend

The Wendy's Company today announced the declaration of its regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share, payable on Sept.16, to shareholders of record as of Sept. 2.

According to a news release, the approximate number of common shares outstanding as of July 18 was 367 million.
