Wendy's issues quarterly dividend

The Wendy's Co. today announced the declaration of its regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share, payable on March 17, to shareholders of record as of March 3.

The number of shares of common stock outstanding as of Feb.14, 2014, was approximately 395.1 million, according to a news release.
