Wendy’s issues quarterly dividend

The Wendy's Company has declared its regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share, payable on June 16 to shareholders of record as of June 2.

According to a news release, the number of shares of common stock outstanding as of May 2 was approximately 366.8 million.
