Wendy's of Montana sold to Washington-based franchisee

Wendy's of Montana has reportedly been sold to Wenspok Resources, based out of Spokane, Washington.

According to the Great Falls Tribune, the acquisition included 18 restaurants for an undisclosed amount.

Fifteen of the units are located in Montana, two are in Wyoming and one is in North Dakota.

Greg McDonald, president of Wendy's of Montana, said he will continue to own the land for the restaurants. The purchase puts Wenspok Resources' roster of Wendy's units at 44 in seven states.
