Wendy's promotes SVP to US COO

Wendy's has named Deepak Ajmani as its U.S. COO, the company disclosed in its Q3 earnings call this week. He had previously been senior vice president of company restaurant operations, the company said.

Wendy's recently combined its franchise and company operations in the U.S. and Ajmani will lead the efforts of that newly formed department, the company said in an email to QSRweb.

Wendy's, based in Columbus, Ohio, has more than 6,500 locations worldwide.
