Wendy's worker charged with identity theft

CBS2 (Chicago): A woman who worked at a suburban Chicago Wendy's restaurant has been charged in a credit-card scam. Authorities say 18-year-old Tina Swopes had a credit-card reading device when she was working the drive-up window. She faces seven counts of identity theft.
