Wendy's/Arby's Group announces Q4 2008 earnings call

ATLANTA — Wendy's/Arby's Group Inc., parent company of Wendy's International Inc. and Arby's Restaurant Group Inc., has announced that it will release consolidated financial results for the fourth quarter and year on March 2 before the market opens.
A conference call will follow at 11:00 a.m. Eastern time and will be webcast live from the investor relations portion of the company's Web site. Hosting the call will be Roland C. Smith, president and chief executive officer, Stephen E. Hare, senior vice president and chief financial officer, and John D. Barker, senior vice president and chief communications officer.
The conference call can be accessed live over the phone by dialing (800) 240-2430 or for international callers by dialing (303) 262-2053. A replay will be available one hour after the call and can be accessed by dialing (800) 405-2236 or for international callers by dialing (303) 590-3000; the passcode for the replay is 11126626. The replay will be available until March 17. The webcast also will be archived on the company's Web site.
