Whataburger debuts Spicy Ketchup batch, LTOs returning

Whataburger has debuted its signature Whataburger Spicy Ketchup Batch #2. Whataburger Spicy Ketchup debuted as a limited-batch offering in 2012 and joined the regular menu in 2013.
This limited batch ketchup gets its flavor from the combination of Whataburger's signature Fancy Ketchup recipe, a hot sauce made from arbol and piquin peppers and a blend of signature spices.
"As much as our customers love Whataburger Spicy Ketchup, we thought we'd treat them to a new limited-batch ketchup with a spicier, more complex taste," Rich Scheffler, Whataburger senior vice president and chief marketing officer, said in the release. "Whataburger Spicy Ketchup Limited Batch #2 delivers on our commitment to serve big flavor and original recipes with limited-time offers that keep it fresh!"
The brand is also returning a handful of items for a limited time: the Buffalo Ranch Chicken Strip Sandwich, the Buffalo Ranch Chicken Salad, the Dr. Pepper Shake and the Whataburger Breakfast Burger.
"The Breakfast Burger is one of the most popular limited-time breakfast offers we've ever introduced," Scheffler said in the release. "We're excited to answer the call for its return and share this special burger with new fans."
