White Castle expands sandwich concept

White Castle has opened the second co-branded location featuring its fledgling sandwich concept, Deckers. The location opened this week in Louisville, Ky., and features the signature White Castle menu, along with Deckers' Panini sandwiches, soups and salads.

According to the Louisville Business Journal, the previous White Castle restaurant was torn down and rebuilt to fit the second concept.

Deckers made its debut in 2010 in Tennessee.

White Castle is also testing Blaze Modern BBQ and Laughing Noodle concepts.
