White Castle licenses menu analyzer solution

June 13, 2012

White Castle System Inc. has signed an agreement to license Applied Predictive Technologies' Test & Learn Management System and Menu Analyzer solutions. White Castle will use APT's solutions to test strategic and tactical initiatives across its network of more than 400 restaurants.

With this agreement, White Castle joins other restaurant companies such as Subway, Darden and Panera, that use APT's Test & Learn platform to evaluate a wide range of ideas regarding menu innovation, pricing, marketing and media, labor and capital investments.

"Leveraging APT's analytical tools allows us to quickly and efficiently analyze key decisions, to test them in market to better understand if they work, where and how they work best, and then tailor a targeted rollout so that we can best serve our guests," said White Castle's Kim Bartley, vice president of Marketing and Menu Development, following a pilot project with APT. "The integration of APT's Test & Learn approach with our existing capabilities will allow us for a more refined measurement and optimization of our business programs, enabling White Castle to be an even more compelling place to dine for its customers."
