White Castle today said Uber Eats will now take orders and deliver the brand's food to residents around more than 330 of its nearly 400 locations, nationally. The chain also happens to be simultaneously celebrating 15 years since the debut of the comedy, "Harold & Kumar Go To White Castle," so it's joining with Uber Eats to give 1 million Original Sliders in sacks of 10 per customer to customers who order through the Uber Eats app using promo code 1MILLIONSLIDERS, a news release said.
The privately owned, non-franchised QSR also has a new Harold & Kumar meal available today and Wednesday that includes 30 sliders, five small fries and four 21-ounce soft drinks for $23.40, harkening back to the prices of 2004 when the film came out.
"In 2004, we learned of a daring and arduous trip that two fans took to fulfill their Cravings," White Castle CEO Lisa Ingram said in the release. "Today, we're happy to partner with Uber Eats to take our delivery capabilities to an entirely new level and make sure we're meeting customer needs where and when they arise."
