White Castle slides 'n nibbles its way into winter

Warmth and comfort is the name of the QSR game as we head into the winter months and White Castle has noted that fact, by bringing back three tote-able items that pack a hearty punch, including sloppy joe sliders, mac & cheese nibblers and corn dog nibblers, a news release said. 

The 99-cent sloppy Joe is a slider-sized version of the wintery favorite with ground beef, onions, tomatoes and bell peppers, a sweet and tangy sauce and topped smoked cheddar cheese. Corn Dog Nibblers feature chicken in sweet honey corn bread, while mac & cheese nibblers include the creamy pasta concoction inside with a crisp exterior. 

"We're heading into that time of year when people crave comfort foods," said Jamie Richardson, vice president at White Castle. "When it's cold or dark outside, it just feels good to eat food with family and friends that makes you feel warm and cozy."

White Castle now has 375 restaurants in 13 states.
