White Castle takes reservations for Valentine's Day

Abandoning its usual, first-come, first-served model, White Castle is taking dinner reservations on Valentine's Day. According to a news release, this is the 16th year the chain has offered reservations to its fans.
"This is the sixteenth year we have offered reserved seating for Valentine's Day dinners. It's an event our customers and team members really enjoy and have fun with. We're really looking forward to hearing everyone's White Castle story that evening. It seems that so many of our loyal customers either met in a White Castle or have a fond childhood memory that continues to bring them back into the restaurants time and time again," said George Simon regional director of restaurant operations in Minneapolis and St. Paul.
