Founded in 1921, White Castle pledged to provide delicious and affordable hamburgers to customers on the go.
Vintage posters from the company's archives showcase these core values, highlighting messages like "The standard, proclaimed by the many attempts to equal their tasty quality" and "Save Money, Save Time, Save Labor" by bringing the family to White Castle.
The ease of enjoying White Castle's food is also evident in posters promoting takeout options and late-night service.
"These posters are a wonderful reminder that as a family-owned business, we have remained steadfast to the pledge our founder made 103 years ago," Jamie Richardson, VP at White Castle, said in the release. "Our commitment to delivering hot and tasty food at affordable prices hasn't wavered in more than a century."
White Castle's commitment to convenience extends beyond its restaurants.
In 1987, it became the first fast-food chain to offer its menu items in retail stores, launching its popular frozen Sliders. The brand operates 340 restaurants.
