White Castle, Vault launch postcards for troops project
November 5, 2008
COLUMBUS, Ohio — White Castle has joined forces with Vault in a campaign to send hand-written postcards to troops worldwide in the "Honoring the Uniform: Calling for Support" project. Customers will be encouraged to write messages of support on free pre-addressed postcards.
The postcards can be dropped in the mail with a first-class stamp and will arrive at a USO Collection Center in Washington, D.C. for sending to U.S. troops worldwide this holiday season.
White Castle will offer the free postcards while supplies last beginning Nov. 3 at each of its 415 store locations. In addition, White Castle will showcase 6-foot by 8-foot postcards that customers can sign in select locations.
