White Castle wants to be a part of Easter celebrations this year, since many families will be convening for the first time in a couple of years, due to pandemic restrictions on gatherings last Easter.
The QSR is sharing ideas for how customers can put a slider or two on the table Easter Sunday, which this year falls on April 4.
The first suggestion the Columbus, Ohio-based brand is sending out is for consumers to whip up a batch of its Original Slider Stuffing, first introduced in 1991 and using the brand's square burgers as the primary ingredients. But the company also is running recipes for meat-free versions of its dressing on its website under recipes.
Beyond the dressing, the brand is selling its limited-edition Cravey Boat, now available on White Castle's House of Crave website. It was tested during Thanksgiving 2020 with such favorable response that it created a hundredth birthday edition that's now available for $25 through the website. Also there, the brand shared recipes for everything from Bunny Sliders and Brunch Craver's Benedict to a White Castle Slider Bloody Mary.
White Castle has more than 360 stores nationally and is available as frozen food offerings in groceries nationwide.
