Wienerschnitzel CEO named to literacy board

Cindy Galardi Culpepper, CEO of Wienerschnitzel’s parent company, Galardi Group Inc., has been inducted as a board member of The Literacy Project, a Newport Beach, Calif.-based organization dedicated to enabling at-risk and disadvantaged youth to increase their reading skill levels. 

Since assuming the position of chairman and CEO in April 2013, Galardi Culpepper has made charitable giving a priority, according to a news release. 

"The power of literacy is unmatchable and I’m committed to fighting the good fight in helping to provide children with the tools necessary for the best possible start in life," she said in the release.

In addition to Wienerschnitzel, GGI’s portfolio includes Tastee Freez LLC, Hamburger Stand, and Two Madres Mexican Kitchen.
