Bojangles adding mid-South sites

Bojangles’ wants to put more restaurants in the mid-South region with a special interest in franchisees seeking to operate restaurants in Memphis and Jackson, Tennessee, and Paducah, Kentucky. 

Last year, the chain entered markets like Gainesville, Florida and Mobile, Alabama as well as the Lehigh Valley region of Pennsylvania, while continuing growth in Lexington, Kentucky, as well as Charleston, West Virginia and Montgomery, Alabama, according to a company press release.

“In 2016, we continued to establish our presence in several exciting new markets," Randy Icard, Bojangles' VP of franchise development. "As part of our strategic approach to growth, we have identified the Mid-South region as an area of opportunity, and we are actively looking for potential franchisees to open Bojangles’ restaurants in this dynamic area of the country."

Bojangles'debuted a redesign for its locations on Jan. 11 in Greenville, South Carolina. That same design will be incorporated into several upcoming restaurant remodels.
