Yoshinoya opens 4th San Diego-area store in Spring Valley

Yoshinoya America has opened its fourth San Diego, California-area store on Sweetwater Road in Spring Valley with the modern look of the company's latest brand refresh, a news release said.

The round-the-clock drive-thru restaurant also allows takeout orders from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily, as well as online orders for contactless delivery or pickup.

Yoshinoya Japanese Kitchen is opening the new store with social distancing measures in place, along with mask and glove usage and other precautions by all employees. The chain just did a digital upgrade in the U.S. as QSRweb readers learned Thursday on this site.

Yoshinoya has more than 2,000 restaurants in Japan, Mainland China, Shanghai, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Philippines and the United States, including over 100 locations in California.
