Yum Brands extends deal with farmworkers

Kentucky.com: Taco Bell owner Yum Brands Inc. has expanded its tomato deal with a Florida farmworker group to cover all of its restaurant chains, including Pizza Hut, Long John Silver's and A&W All-American Food Restaurants.
Under a previous agreement, Taco Bell agreed to pay a penny more per pound for its tomatoes, an increase passed along to tomato pickers in Immokalee.McDonald's Corp. also agreed to a similar deal with the Coalition of Immokalee Workers.
