Yum! Brands testing banh mi concept

Yum! Brands is reportedly testing a new Vietnamese concept, called Banh Shop, in Dallas. According to Escape Hatch Dallas, the concept will focus mostly on banh mi sandwiches.

The rumor surfaces about two months after Yum! Brands began testing another concept, called Super Chix, in Arlington, Texas. Super Chix is a better chicken concept.
