Yum China appoints CFO

August 28, 2017

Yum China announced today that the company is naming Interim CFO and Treasurer Jacky Lo to the top financial post permanently, beginning Sept. 1.

"We're delighted that Jacky Lo will take on the permanent position of Chief Financial Officer," Yum China CEO Micky Pant, said in a press release.  "Jacky played a critical role on our path to becoming an independent, U.S.-listed company, and during his time as interim CFO, he has become an invaluable member of the leadership team."

Lo has served in the interim slot and as treasurer since, in addition to filling the role of vice president, controller and principal accounting officer since March. He joined Yum China as vice president of finance in August 2016.

Previously, Lo spent 15 years at Ernst & Young, where he rose to the position partner and deputy director for the Asia Pacific Capital Markets Center of the firm's professional practice group. Lo is a certified public accountant in Texas and a member of both the American and Hong Kong Institutes of Certified Public Accountants.
