Yum declares quarterly dividend

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Yum! Brands Inc. has announced that its board of directors approved a dividend of $0.15 per share of common stock, which will be distributed Nov. 2, 2007, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Oct. 12.
Since the company initiated a regular quarterly dividend in May 2004, Yum! Brands has tripled the quarterly dividend per share, providing an approximately 2 percent dividend yield.
